HOW TO APPLY

The Asebi Foundation encourages applications who meet the following criteria:

• Maintain African nationality;
• Possess an excellent record of achievement in sports or entertainment in Africa or a related field;
• Exhibit an ambition to further elevate Africa's sport industry;
• Have no criminal history;
• Possess a proven track record of leadership within your organization; 
• Illustrate exceptional verbal and written English skills; and
• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical leadership, curiosity, innovation, entrepreneurship, integrity, and accountability, and Pan-Africanism.

A completed application includes:

1. A completed PDF application; and
2. A letter of reference from a supervisor within your organization or industry executive who can speak to the applicant's professional capabilities and achievements.

For the upcoming application cycle, each applicant should email their completed application to contact@asebi.org no later than March 1, 2024. Please type "Asebi Foundation BoS Application [applicant's name]" in the subject line.  

The Asebi Foundation board of directors will meet shortly after the deadline to discuss and make final decisions on applications. Each applicant will be notified via email about their admissions status no later than May 15. At that time, each admitted student will receive an invoice from the Asebi Foundation team. Admitted students will then have 15 days to provide payment.
